Come and join us at our beautiful New Forest location East Boldre, for our Awakening Spring Day Retreat.
The day is inspired by spring and the transformatice power of breath & movement and the beautiful healing qualities of sound. As we transition into Spring, a time of renewal, awakening and growth after the restoration of winter, we should start to embrace and engage with our new found energy as we step forward.
The day will start with an opening circle, fresh juice and energy ball, proceeded by an awakening yoga flow.
We will then experience the power of the breath with a mini workshop and deep practice to illuminate the soul.
We will then tuck into a nourishing lunch followed by an optional forest walk (weather permitting)
There will be an afternoon ceremoney, followed by a yoga flow.
Finally, we will close the day with a sound bath before you drift away into your evening a little lighter and a little brighter than when you first arrived.
Herbal teas & delicious treats will be available throughout the day.
