Sarah has been blessed to have practiced with Steve Harrison a yoga practitioner and teacher with over 25 years' experience.  Steve is the creator of the Living Yoga Method which embraces four principles, Suka (ease), Spanda (pulse), Lila (play) and Purna (fulfilment).   These principles are universal and can be applied both on and off the mat.  The method features five components which help you gain mastery of life. 

The components are Breath Work, Posture Training, Mindset Training, Digestion Training and Cold-Water Training. 

These four principles and five components are embedded in Sarah’s practice and form the foundations of her teachings.  The practice is rooted in Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa and is an alchemic process.   Sarah’s teachings help people manage their life energies to empower them to move forward in living and creating the lives they want with every breath.   

The physical health benefits of yoga are abundant, such as improved immunity and increased circulation, lung capacity, strength and flexibility to name but a few, however because yoga is a holistic process embracing the body, mind and soul, it effects all aspects of our lives, the physical, psychological and spiritual.  Here are just a few of the additional benefits that Sarah has personally experienced:
